Does trying to cure anxiety just make it worse?
I used to think I wasn’t doing enough to manage my anxiety, so I kept adding more apps, routines, checklists, relaxing habits. But after a while, it felt like a second job. Instead of calming me, it made me feel like I was failing at self care. Sometimes I wonder if the pressure to fix anxiety actually makes it worse.
What about you have you ever felt more stressed out by the solutions than the actual anxiety?
