Has Anyone Else Left A Doctor’s Office Frustrated?

A few months ago I went to the doctor because I’d been having chest pains for weeks. I explained everything when it happened how long it lasted, what triggered it, and even how it was affecting my sleep and anxiety. I thought they’d at least listen and run some tests.

Instead, they barely looked at me, wrote a quick prescription, and rushed me out of the office. No answers, no discussion, nothing. I left feeling frustrated, invisible, and honestly scared that my concerns weren’t being taken seriously.

Has anyone else ever walked out of a doctor’s office feeling unheard? Would you switch doctors, push for answers, or just deal with it?

I had a doctor ignore me. I told him that he hung his sign up wanting patients, not me. I hire and fire accordingly to how I’m treated and I will call my insurance company and deny the claims you send for payment and report you to AMA board. That doctor laughed and I got up and left his office. I got in my car and called my insurance company. They marked the claims he sent that day as denied. He was removed from our insurance group. I wasn’t the first patient to complain about him. I asked for 2 other doctors that take the insurance and then asked church members, coworkers, and family members who they see. If the same name kept being said then I made appointment with them. My current doctor I’ve been seeing for 15 years now. He’s a good doctor. He takes time and listens to me. Fire your doctor and find a new one. You deserve better care.

I was seeing a Dr that came into the room and told me i literally had 4 minutes before her next patient. I got up and walked out. I had a new Dr by the end of the day.
