Is This Stress Overload or Bad Attitude?

Lately, I’ve noticed myself snapping at the tiniest things slow drivers, loud chewing, even texts that take forever to reply. Normally, I don’t react like this, but right now patience feels like a foreign concept.

I’ve tried stepping away, deep breathing, even jotting down what sets me off sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I hate feeling this on edge all the time.

So I’m asking you be honest is this just me being short-tempered, or am I legitimately stress overloaded? 😭Have you ever felt like this too?
