Make a Protein Matcha latte w/ me 🍵

Hey friend! Some Fun facts ahead like: Did you know Pratcha (Protein Matcha) was a thing? I’m a big matcha lover because of not only the taste, but all the benefits it has as well. The biggest one being it helps balance hormones, no crash like you get with coffee, & it’s fat burning/metabolism boosting ability. Throw some collagen & protein in there, and it’s great for my girlies trying to look good, lose weight, and get their protein in.
