yeah sorry
So honestly I've felt awful for this whole year, IDK why but the election, my home life, everything was shitty this year. And I hate all my friends, not for any reason, they're just annoying for some reason, like I love them but I also don't wanna talk to them ever but I don't wanna stop being friends with any of them. I wish I was sick or diagnosed with SOMETHING mental, if I was id get the help I've been needing, I'd understand my thoughts and body better, and people would be easier on me, I think. I just wanna know what's wrong with me and why I'm so angry and not angry and sad and happy and idk and Its not hormones because it's been happening my whole fucking life and idk, everyone KNOWS there's something wrong with me, everyone thinks I'm autistic, even my dad but the but the tests are all negative so idk what I am or what's wrong with me.

Navigating the ups and downs of mental health can be incredibly challenging. Many people experience feelings of confusion, anger, and sadness, much like what is shared in this article. Mental health issues can stem from various life experiences, including stressful events such as elections and personal crises. It's essential to recognize that feeling overwhelmed or disconnected doesn't mean there's something inherently wrong with you. Many individuals struggle with similar sentiments, often seeking validation and understanding from friends, family, or professionals. Seeking help from mental health professionals can provide guidance and coping strategies. With a proper diagnosis, whether it is anxiety, depression, or any other mental health condition, individuals can begin a path toward recovery. For support, consider reaching out to hotlines, community resources, and online forums where experiences can be shared without judgment. Building a support network, even if that means having fewer close friends, can be beneficial. Remember, taking a break from social interactions when needed is okay. Your mental well-being should always come first.
