Self-preservation MODE

Embracing Self-Preservation

In this period of my life, I've chosen to embrace self-preservation by retreating into solitude. By spending more time alone and diving into reading verses, I'm creating a space for introspection and renewal. This time away people is not just about avoiding external distractions, but about focusing on my inner growth and spiritual nourishment.

What I learned during this period of Reflection- tuning in with God

1.) The need to go of believing God will give me everything I believe I desire - Psalm 37:4

2.) LET go of expected outcomes

3.) LET go of idealizing what I want and start loving what god has given me.

which is my problem!!!!

4.) STOP demanding God to come through for me and start enjoying his presence as everything is laid out for me.

5.) I need to give up trying to have faith and accept the gift of life!

6.) Find joy in the blessings I've already had / what surrounds me.

7.) We hinder our healing journey because we want to fight battles that only God can 🩵

However, embracing uncertainty can lead to growth and resilience. The idea of letting go, as echoed in spiritual teachings, emphasizes faith in a higher plan. By focusing on gratitude and acknowledging what we already possess, we can find true contentment. Allowing ourselves to feel and experience our emotions is a critical step in the healing journey. As we learn to accept ourselves and our circumstances, we cultivate a stronger sense of identity and purpose.
