Homemade Flat Bread Pizza🍕
I don't evennnn like Pizza, but White Sauce Pizza will do it for me!
I grabbed everything from Aldis but you can find most of the ingredients at Publix or Walmart. Here’s how I made it:
Ingredients:
- Flatbread (pre-packaged from Aldi)
- Heavy cream
- Premade grilled chicken (or chicken tenderloins)
- Olive oil (for cooking)
- Seasonings: Salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, parsley
- Parmesan cheese
- Fresh rosemary
- Sea salt
- Mozzarella cheese
- Butter (for flatbread)
- Minced garlic
- Spinach (optional)
- Onion and tomato (for topping)
For the flatbread
- Brush or use a knife to add butter
- Sprinkle fresh rosemary, sea salt, and a drizzle of olive oil over it.
- Add mozzarella (and Parmesan if you like).
Chicken
- I used salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and parsley. You can use whatever
- Cook with olive oil until golden and tender.
- If using premade grilled chicken, just heat it up but still season it.
White sauce
- In the same pan pour in the heavy cream and add minced garlic.
- Season it again with salt, pepper, and a little more paprika.
- To thicken it stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until the sauce darkens and becomes creamy. Add spinach if you want a fresh touch.
The Bread
- Slice onions and tomatoes and scatter over the flatbread.
- Put the creamy chicken sauce over the flatbread, then bake in the oven or air fryer until the edges are crispy and the cheese melts (about 5-8 minutes).

This recipe features a rich white sauce made from heavy cream and garlic, offering a delightful flavor profile that pairs beautifully with the grilled chicken and fresh veggies. Using flatbread simplifies the preparation, eliminating the need for traditional dough-making. Opt for pre-packaged varieties available at your local grocery stores like Aldi, Publix, or Walmart. The beauty of homemade pizzas is that you can customize them to suit your taste preferences. Add vegetables like spinach, onions, or tomatoes to enhance nutritional value and add bursts of freshness. Cooking times are short as the pizza bakes in just about 5-8 minutes, making it an ideal weeknight meal or a fun weekend gathering dish. Experiment with different cheeses, like mozzarella and Parmesan, for varying flavors and textures.
