Healing my hormones 🌸 an herbal infused water

Finding Balance: My Journey with Herbs & Hormone Regulation 🌿

Lately, I’ve been on a mission and a personal battle, really to regulate my hormones. Like many women, I’ve experienced the ups and downs that come with hormonal imbalance: anxiety, mood swings, fatigue, and just feeling out of sync with my body and basically my brain hormones from anxiety pills are flashing with my female hormones - It’s frustrating, and at times, overwhelming.

Instead of solely relying on medication, I’ve been exploring a more holistic, supportive route using herbs to nourish and gently rebalance my system.

Taking the Herbal Route--

I recently started incorporating lemon balm into my daily routine, mostly to help ease anxiety. Lemon balm is known for its calming, stress-reducing properties something I’ve really needed. My goal isn’t to completely cut out anxiety medication (at least not yet), but I want to avoid depending on it as my only solution. I have noticed a gradual shift not as quick to reach for my usual meds. It’s not magic, and I’m still learning, but it feels good to try something new something more natural and gentle on my body.

The Hormone-Helping Infusion I’ve Been Drinking

Here’s the simple herbal water infusion I’ve been loving lately:

Lemon Balm – for stress relief and nervous system support

Raspberry Leaf – to support reproductive health, cramps, moods.

A pinch of edible Rose Petals – for a gentle mood boost and emotional balance

Honey is an option if you want to flavor it up healing isn’t always about drastic changes — sometimes, it’s about small, intentional steps.

If you’re on your own hormone or anxiety journey, know that you're not alone and there are gentle, natural tools out there that might help support you too.

⚠️ Important Notes

I'm not a doc what works for me may not work for you

These herbs are gentle and supportive, not substitutes for medical hormone therapy.

Not all herbs are suitable for everyone (e.g., raspberry leaf may not be ideal in pregnancy without professional guidance).

Results are usually gradual and best seen with consistent use over time.
