Why I failed 75 hard

At first I was really good with keeping up with 2 exercises but my water intake was the hardest for me to adjust. After about 2 weeks I was able to do a gallon of water a day.

I was on day 32 when my car got broken into and it was after a really nasty break up. I felt so violated and scared that I completely shut down. At this point in a month I had lost 12 pounds. I haven’t checked my weight recently but I can confidently say I have failed 75 hard on day 32 😭😭😭😭.

I will try to get back to a rhythm of the 75 hard but I can barely go near my car without looking over my shoulder.

To everyone else I wish you good luck and success💖🧚🏾

Many participants encounter unforeseen obstacles that can derail their progress. In this case, personal hardships like breakups and unexpected events, such as car break-ins, can impact motivation significantly. Beyond physical challenges, mental health plays a critical role in adhering to such programs. It’s essential to realize that setbacks do not define one’s journey; rather, it reflects the resilience to overcome adversity. Embracing failure as part of growth and recognizing the mental hurdles faced can provide valuable lessons for future attempts. For anyone embarking on their own 75 Hard journey or a similar fitness challenge, remember that it’s okay to stumble. Reassessing goals, focusing on self-care, and seeking support from a community can make a substantial difference in regaining confidence and continuing on the path toward personal improvement. Prioritize your mental wellbeing as much as your physical goals, and keep pushing forward, one step at a time.
