s’mores cookie recipe 🍪

ingredients:

marshmallows

chocolate chip cookie dough

Hershey's chocolate bars (not needed if you bought the petit ecolier)

honey graham crackers or European biscuits

chocolate/caramel syrup (optional for presentation )

steps:

Preheat oven to 350 and line baking sheet with parchment paper a

Break whole graham cracker into halves and place on baking sheet. Top off with 1/4 of a full sized Hershey's bar (3 rectangles). Place marshmallow on top of chocolate.(or place the petit ecolier)

Scoop out a generous amount of cookie dough and try your best to cover everything (graham cracker, chocolate and marshmallow)

Make sure you leave enough space between cookies as they will expand further than they normally would.

Place in oven for 15-17 minutes, let cool and enjoy!
