... Read moreOkay, let's be real. Sometimes figuring out how to pray for our husbands, especially first thing in the morning, can feel like another thing on our endless to-do list. But I've learned that it doesn't have to be complicated! It's truly about bringing your heart to God, just like the original post says. For me, setting aside even a few minutes has completely transformed how I approach my day and how I feel about supporting my husband. There's something incredibly powerful about starting the day by lifting up the person you love most. It’s not about trying to 'fix' them, but about inviting God’s presence into their life and your marriage from the very beginning. It brings me so much peace knowing I've surrendered my worries about him to God, allowing His promises to speak louder than any fear I might have. So, what do I actually pray for? I often start by asking God for wisdom and guidance for my husband in his work, for integrity in his decisions, and for His provision in everything he does. I also pray for his health – physically, mentally, and emotionally. The world throws so much at our guys, doesn’t it? I ask God to protect his mind, guard his heart, and give him strength to face any challenge. Sometimes, when he’s feeling discouraged, I’ll silently pray 'God, I need your help right now' for him, knowing God hears even those unspoken pleas. And remember what the post said, 'Prayer isn't about having the perfect words.' It's so true! But if you’re looking for a starting point, I’ve found so much comfort in verses like Psalms 121:1, 'I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.' I pray that over him, asking God to be his ultimate source of help. Or Proverbs 3:5-6, 'Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.' What a powerful way to pray for your husband's discernment and direction! There are days when I know my husband is facing tough times, maybe feeling a bit like 'The Prayer I Pray When I Feel Discouraged.' In those moments, I just bring all those feelings, all those worries, to God. I ask for God to surround him with favor, to open doors, and to remind him of his worth and purpose. It's about 'bringing your heart to God,' completely and authentically. I've seen how keeping this consistent practice, even when it’s just a quiet moment before the day truly begins, makes a huge difference. So, if this resonates with you, know that you’re not alone in wanting to cover your husband in prayer. Keep praying. Keep trusting. Keep showing up, just like the article encourages. God is absolutely listening. And hey, if this prayer spoke to you, maybe share it with a fellow 'bestie' who might need this encouragement too!

We have have if it on the 30th Instead of asking the Lord for a miracle I thanked him for a miracle. If you could please pray for us? It is greatly appreciated. Love all of you Kimberly
