God Can Use Anybody…😭
I’m convinced God can really use anybody.
Because for ME to be preaching?! 😭
If you knew my full story, you’d probably understand why sometimes I’m still like, “God… ME?”
I’m not perfect. My past isn’t perfect. There are parts of my story that sound absolutely crazy.
But I’m realizing God never asked me to teach people because I’ve always gotten everything right.
He’s asking me to teach what He’s taught me.
And that’s the part that gets me. 😭
Things God has walked me through, corrected me in, delivered me from, and taught me how to live out…I’m now teaching other people.
And they’re actually applying it.
They’re growing.
They’re making different decisions.
They’re choosing to trust God.
That’s when it hit me:
This is fruit.
Maybe God doesn’t need your story to be perfect before He uses it.
Maybe He wants to use what He taught you THROUGH your story.
So Bestie, if you’ve been thinking, “Who am I to do this?”
Maybe the better question is:
What has God taught me that could help somebody else?
Because if God can use my story, He can use yours too.
Reflecting on personal spiritual journeys, I’ve come to realize that embracing imperfections can be a powerful tool in connecting with others. Like the author shared, God doesn’t require us to have perfect lives before using us to impact others. In fact, it’s often our very struggles, mistakes, and growth that make our testimonies relatable and impactful. From experience, sharing what you’ve learned through life’s challenges can resonate deeply with those who feel unworthy or inadequate. When I started opening up about my own failures and the lessons faith taught me, I found others were encouraged to trust God despite their flaws too. This process feels like a cycle of transformation: God walks you through hardships, teaches you valuable lessons, and then uses your story to guide and uplift others. It’s not about being a flawless example, but about being authentic and honest. The fruit of this is observed in the changes in others—their growth, better decisions, and increased trust in God. Additionally, the idea of "doing this in remembrance of Him," as referenced in the OCR content, highlights the importance of living a life that reflects God’s grace through our personal testimonies. It’s a reminder that our imperfect stories are part of a greater narrative of redemption and purpose. If you ever question your ability to minister or inspire, remember that God can indeed use anybody. Consider what lessons your journey has taught you that could help others. You don’t have to have it all together to make a meaningful difference—your authenticity might be exactly what someone needs to hear to start their own path of growth and faith.
