Rebecca does it again leaving me with an ending that has me yelling “I NEED THE NEXT BOOK!” This could have been a five stars but it took me a little longer to get through this one. I do love it and will recommend this series.
The Housemaid is watching ⭐️⭐️⭐️
The first book I ate up! I couldn’t put it down. The second book, was a nice sequel but this one… left me with more questions than answers. I wouldn’t be mad if this was the last time I read about Millie 😂 but if she did decide to continue the housemaid. Will I read it? You bet I will! 🤣
Still beating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I wanted a book that was going to make me cry and this book rec had come up. It didn’t make me cry but my heart broke for the main characters.
The tears that taught me ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is my third poem book and I fairly enjoyed it.
I wish I got to read more this month but there’s always October 😊
... Read moreSeptember was an exciting month for readers, and I had the chance to explore some captivating titles. One standout was 'Iron Flame' by Rebecca Yarros, a book that left a lasting impression with its gripping narrative and emotional depth. Its fantasy elements and relatable characters kept me turning the pages, eagerly awaiting the next installment.
Another fascinating read was 'The Housemaid is Watching' by Freida McFadden, which combined suspense with relatable humor. The sequel did not disappoint but raised intriguing mysteries that lingered long after reading.
I also delved into 'Still Beating' by Jennifer Hartmann, which, despite not bringing me to tears as expected, truly moved me with its poignant exploration of love and loss. Additionally, I ventured into poetry with 'The Tears That Taught Me' by Morgan Richard Olivier, a collection that offered beautiful insights and reflections.
As October approaches, readers always look forward to new releases and the autumn reading frenzy. Let's keep sharing our reading experiences and recommendations while discovering more books to enrich our literary journey!
