Yesterday’s Word was powerful… but today…
Yesterday’s Word was powerful…
but today is where it gets tested.
Resurrection is not what you shouted about—
it’s what you walk out. ✝️
And yes… I’m in the gym right now because I’m not going back to “normal.”

After reflecting on the powerful message of resurrection I heard yesterday, I've realized how easy it is to get caught up in the celebration without truly embracing its life-changing power today. Resurrection isn't just a moment to shout about; it's a daily decision to rise above old habits and live transformed. Sometimes, we celebrate the victory on Sunday but by Monday, fall back into the same patterns. This cycle challenges me personally to focus on practical actions—changing my mindset, practicing discipline, and committing to obedience in daily life. For example, I’ve started incorporating small spiritual disciplines like prayer first thing in the morning and journaling to track how I’m applying resurrection principles beyond just words. Even physically, I've seen the connection in going to the gym and strengthening my body alongside my spirit; it’s a way to reject the “normal” old ways and embrace a resurrected life. This journey has taught me that resurrection power means moving forward daily with the awareness that Jesus got up, and we must do the same in every aspect of life that feels 'dead' or stagnant. It’s about continuing the work Jesus completed by living with renewed purpose and faith-filled action, not just fleeting excitement. If you’re feeling stuck after celebrating, I encourage you to take one step today to walk out that transformation and invite resurrection power into your routine. It truly changes the way you experience faith in practical, tangible ways.
