Life often demands that we carry invisible burdens, whether they are emotional struggles, family responsibilities, or personal challenges that no one else notices. I have found comfort in reflecting on the truth that God sees beyond our outward appearances to the heart of our endurance. Just like the message in Psalm 46:10, 'Be still and know,' it reinforces the power of quiet strength amid chaos. Personally, there were many days when I felt exhausted but had to keep moving forward—showing up for my family, work, or community, even when I wanted to fall apart inside. Remembering that God recognizes these efforts has brought me peace and renewed motivation. It’s powerful to realize that our small, unseen acts of perseverance — carrying heavy things quietly and still loving and serving others — are noticed and valued in the spiritual realm. This perspective helps transform feelings of loneliness and invisibility into resilience and hope. Encouraging myself and others to say 'STILL HERE' is a way to acknowledge our shared human experience and remind each other that continuing to try does not go unnoticed by God. If you are going through a tough season, know that your endurance counts and God honors it, even when applause is absent.
