I went into this book unsure of how I’d feel about it after the first one. I was hoping it didn’t have the same rushed feel. It did not disappoint. I loved this book. The story really came together and tied the story between the 2 books. There was zero rushed feeling, there were suspenseful moments, funny moments and I even cried happy tears. I am so glad I got to read the story between Calista, Hayden and even Harper. Who wouldn’t love a best friend like Harper?! If you weren’t happy with Once You’re Mine, please give Now You’re Mine a chance, I am so happy I did!

This is where the real magic happens, where their complex relationship gets the space it needs to truly evolve. The author has a knack for building tension and then delivering powerful payoffs. The emotional depth in this book? Absolutely phenomenal. I found myself tearing up at points – not just sad tears, but genuine happy tears because the resolutions and character growth were so powerful. You really get to delve into their pasts and understand the motivations that drive them. And Harper, Calista's best friend, is just a gem. Her unwavering loyalty and witty banter provide much-needed lightness and truly round out the cast. She’s the kind of friend everyone needs when navigating complicated relationships!
