Don’t let know man overwhelm you!!!!

I was friends with the person I talked to over a year!!! No relationship or nothing. After a couple dates in and letting myself up to easily he starts to act different and stuff and pretend that we had nothing going on. The bad thing about it we WORKED together. Do NOT work with someone that you are trying to be with. It may work but for the best DO NOT do it!!!!! Before he put his hands on me when I try to COMMUNICATE with how I felt he just didn’t care. I never left after the first time or second time but, after a while in he did it the third time and broke my car handle that I haven’t even fixed yet after a couple months. I had to put a restraining order on him and made him lose his job but, after a while of being left in peace and not attached to him I felt better. If you are in an abusive relationship and u know or feel something that not right go ahead and leave before it gets worse it not worth it or ur mental health. I never had a relationship before and I am 22 years old and I started to realize that it not something I want at the moment and one thing I am really focused on is me, myself, and I. Always be cautious of the RED FLAGS!!!!! You FEEL THE ENERGY LEAVE THE ENERGY ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️😘😘😘😘

... Read moreIn relationships, it’s crucial to be aware of red flags that can indicate unhealthy dynamics. Signs such as manipulative behavior, lack of communication, and disrespect can escalate into more serious issues. Many individuals overlook these early warning signs, often blaming themselves for the other person’s behavior. Psychologists emphasize the importance of self-awareness and emotional intelligence in recognizing when a relationship becomes toxic. Understanding your own needs and boundaries is vital. The impact of a toxic relationship can lead to anxiety, depression, and a decline in overall mental health. If you find yourself constantly feeling drained or anxious around a partner, it’s essential to take these feelings seriously. Seeking advice from trusted friends or professionals can provide clarity and support. Additionally, learning about healthy relationship characteristics, such as respect, trust, and communication, can help you make informed decisions. Ending an unhealthy relationship may be challenging, but it is often the first step towards healing and personal growth. Empower yourself with the knowledge and tools to recognize what a healthy relationship looks like, and remember, your mental health should always be a priority.
