You will test with NHA and you are able to test at home. You will have to adhere to their testing policies for testing at home. If the moderator observes anything unusual depending on what it is you will be warned once. They can decide to cancel the test. No you will not be refunded and yes you will have to pay to test again.
You will be certified for all 50 states once you become certified through NHA.
The paramedical exam testing is not through NHA it is with another company but I can help you schedule that exam as well.
