Sick baby essentials
My two month old is currently recovering from COVID-19 and these are all of my go to items.

These are just some of the items that I picked up once I found out my baby had Covid.
☀️ I live in Arizona and the air is very dry especially in the winter so I picked up a humidifier which help keep my babies air slightly moist.
🌟 also I’m a first time mom so after doing some research, I learned that babies cannot use vapor rub so I bought the breathe easy kit which included a baby alternative to vapor rub and I feel like it helped break up some of the mucus in her chest I also bought another chest rub that had beeswax lavender and eucalyptus this one work good too, but I prefer the one that came in the breathe easy kit.
🌟 If you don’t buy anything else that I mention, please get the nose, Frida and the saline mist or if you can find it saline drops, but my store was sold out. My baby was very congested the first couple of days so I would put a little bit of the saline mist in her nose, rub her nose gently and then use the nose Frida to get it out and so much mucus came out. It was amazing. I did this every time she fed her every time I hear her starting to become congested again to stay on top of it.
