2nd Annual Charity Whatnot Show Upcoming
💜 WHY THIS $250 GOAL MEANS SO MUCH TO ME
September is Suicide Prevention Month, and I wanted to use my platform for something that goes far beyond thrifting, reselling or content.
I’ve supported To Write Love on Her Arms for many years as a member and monthly donor because I believe in their mission of providing hope, help and resources to people who need them.
This year, I’m setting a goal of raising $250 for TWLOHA.
And on August 29, I’m putting my business behind that goal.
I’ll be hosting a special Whatnot charity show where ALL PROCEEDS from the show will go toward the fundraiser.

You don’t need money to make an impact. Sometimes spreading a message of hope is just as important.
You matter. You are not alone. Your story isn’t over.
Let’s reach $250 together. 💜

September is observed as Suicide Prevention Month, a vital time to raise awareness and support for those struggling with mental health issues. To Write Love on Her Arms (TWLOHA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing hope, help, and resources to individuals battling depression, addiction, self-injury, and suicidal thoughts. Their mission resonates deeply because mental health challenges can affect anyone, yet stigma often prevents necessary conversations and support. Participating in fundraising events like the 2nd Annual Charity Whatnot Show enhances community engagement and helps spread vital resources. Hosting a Whatnot show where all proceeds benefit TWLOHA is an innovative way to combine interests like thrifting and reselling with a meaningful cause. It allows supporters to contribute financially and emotionally by shopping, donating, or simply sharing the message. From personal experience, supporting mental health causes not only raises funds but also fosters a sense of connection and understanding. One of the most powerful aspects is how sharing messages of hope can impact someone silently struggling. Sometimes, knowing "You matter. You are not alone." can provide a lifeline that encourages people to seek help and hold on through difficult times. If you’re planning to join or support the fundraiser, consider bookmarking the event and inviting friends or family. Even if your budget is limited, sharing awareness on social media or in conversations amplifies the impact. The collective effort of many small actions can lead to significant change. Suicide prevention requires ongoing attention, and events like this cultivate a supportive community. Donating to TWLOHA helps fund education, outreach, and recovery programs that have saved countless lives. Let’s rally together this September to spread hope, break the stigma, and make a difference. Together, reaching that $250 goal is not just a number—it’s a symbol of love, solidarity, and commitment to saving lives.
