I tracked my babies naps,feedings,& diaper changes with an app. This made making a schedule for him 100x easier!!! My babies schedule: 👩🏽‍🍼12am-1am -eat(usually only feeds20-40mins) 🥰1am-1:15am -burp & cuddle(my baby will spit up if I don’t burp him and keep him upright long enough.
