หลังอ่าน “Prompt Engineer: ทักษะเงินล้านในยุค AI” ของพิราน ธนเศรษฐทรัพย์ (หลายคนอาจเสิร์ชว่า “พิธาน/พิราน ธนเศรษฐทรัพย์” เพราะสะกดคล้ายกัน) สิ่งที่ได้มากกว่าคำว่าเขียน Prompt ให้เก่ง คือ “กรอบคิด” ในการคุยกับ AI ให้เหมือนคุยกับทีมงานจริง ๆ ค่ะ เลยอยากเสริมส่วนที่หลายคนค้นหาแต่ยังไม่ค่อยคลิกอ่าน คือเรื่องหนังสือแนว prompt/AI engineering และคำว่า Context Window 1) หนังสือ Prompt AI / AI Engineering ต่างกันยังไง (อ่านเพื่อเลือกเล่มให้ตรงเป้า) - หนังสือ “Prompt AI” มักเน้นวิธีตั้งคำถาม การให้ตัวอย่าง (few-shot) การกำหนดบทบาท/โทน/รูปแบบผลลัพธ์ เหมาะกับคนเริ่มต้นหรือสายคอนเทนต์ - หนังสือ “AI engineering” จะขยับไปที่การเอา AI ไปใช้ในงานจริงแบบเป็นระบบ เช่น ออกแบบ workflow, วัดผล, ทำ prototype, ใช้ API, เชื่อมข้อมูลขององค์กร หรือทำแอปเล็ก ๆ จากภาพในเล่มที่พูดถึงการใช้งาน ChatGPT แบบฟรี/เสียเงิน รวมถึงผ่าน API ทำให้เล่มนี้แตะฝั่ง “engineering” พอสมควร แต่ยังอ่านง่ายสำหรับมือใหม่ 2) Context Window คืออะไร (ภาษาคนใช้งาน) Context Window คือ “พื้นที่ความจำชั่วคราว” ที่โมเดลใช้ประมวลผลระหว่างคุยกับเรา มันไม่ได้จำได้ไม่จำกัด ถ้าบทสนทนายาวมาก ข้อมูลต้น ๆ อาจถูกตัดออก ทำให้ AI “ลืม” เงื่อนไขเดิม หรือหลุดประเด็นได้ 3) วิธีจัดการ Context ให้ AI ไม่ลืม (เทคนิคที่ฉันลองแล้วเวิร์ก) - สรุปเงื่อนไขสำคัญไว้ด้านบนเสมอ: ทำเป็นหัวข้อ “ข้อกำหนดโปรเจกต์” เช่น เป้าหมาย, กลุ่มเป้าหมาย, โทนภาษา, ข้อห้าม - ใช้รูปแบบ Prompt แบบมีโครง: บทบาท (Role) + งาน (Task) + บริบท (Context) + รูปแบบผลลัพธ์ (Output format) + เกณฑ์ตรวจ (Criteria) - รีแคปทุกครั้งเมื่อเริ่มรอบใหม่: ถ้าจะเปลี่ยนหัวข้อ ให้พิมพ์ recap 5–7 บรรทัดก่อน แล้วค่อยสั่งงานต่อ - แยกไฟล์/ข้อมูลยาว ๆ: ถ้ามีข้อมูลเยอะ (เช่น บรีฟยาว, รายงาน) ให้ย่อเป็น bullet สำคัญ หรือแบ่งเป็นตอน ๆ แล้วให้ AI สรุปกลับเพื่อ “ยืนยันความเข้าใจ” ก่อนทำงานจริง 4) ตัวอย่าง Prompt สั้น ๆ ที่ช่วยทำงานไว (เอาไปใช้ได้เลย) - “คุณคือผู้ช่วยวางแผนงาน ช่วยถามคำถาม 7 ข้อเพื่อเก็บ requirement ให้ครบก่อนเริ่มทำ [งานของคุณ] แล้วสรุปเป็น checklist ให้ฉันอนุมัติ” - “สรุปบทสนทนานี้เป็น 1) สิ่งที่ตกลงกันแล้ว 2) ข้อสมมติ 3) คำถามค้าง 4) ขั้นตอนถัดไป (ไม่เกิน 120 คำ)” 5) ถ้าจะทำเงิน/เพิ่มมูลค่างานด้วยทักษะนี้ เริ่มจากอะไรดี ฉันแนะนำเริ่มจากงานที่ทำอยู่แล้ว เช่น เขียนโพสต์/สคริปต์/อีเมล/สรุปประชุม/ทำเรซูเม่ แล้วสร้าง “ชุดพรอมป์มาตรฐาน” ของตัวเอง 3–5 แบบ พอทำซ้ำได้ ผลลัพธ์จะเสถียรขึ้น และนี่แหละที่ทำให้ทักษะ Prompt Engineer ใช้เพิ่มรายได้หรือประหยัดเวลาจนเห็นผลจริง ถ้าคุณกำลังลังเลว่าจะเริ่มยังไง ให้ลองทำ 1 งานจริงวันนี้ โดยตั้ง Prompt แบบมีโครง + สรุปเงื่อนไขไว้ด้านบน แล้วค่อยปรับจากผลลัพธ์ที่ได้ จะเข้าใจเรื่อง Context Window และการสื่อสารกับ AI แบบเป็น “ทักษะ” ได้เร็วมากค่ะ
