3. Mix flour, salt, butter with hands until evenly distributed
4. Add yeast and knead the dough 5-10 min
5. Cover and let it set 1-2 hours until it doubles in size
6. Punch the air out. Divide into two halves on floured surface. Shape and portion into your greased bread pans. Let that sit for another hour, it should rise over the pan.
7. Bake at 375 degrees F for 25 minutes
