What no one tells you: pregnancy literally pulls calcium and minerals from your teeth and bones—especially if you’re not replenishing.

Yeah this happened to me 20 years ago. I just brushed and brushed and basically started losing my teeth. Now? Full dentures and I hate them. They don’t fit but it’s nice to actually eat food that I couldn’t for years! I was looking forward to a Lifetime of oatmeal and mashed potatoes! Listen to this gal! She knows what she is saying!!!!!
