As I get older, I don’t enjoy climbing steps as much. Sometimes I would do that for the sake of fitness, but there are those days when the same steps, I climb easily are a challenge to climb. I’ve learned that when I just decide I’m going to climb those steps, the same knees cooperate that didn’t cooperate the time before.#climb #stairs #knees #icandoit
