Okonomiyaki is a savory Japanese pancake, cooked on a hot griddle with cabbage, meat or seafood, and topped with okonomiyaki sauce, Japanese mayo, seaweed flakes, and bonito. The name literally means “grilled as you like it,” so every dish is customizable.
