It's been an incredible journey exploring 20 different states across the USA, and trust me, each one has left its unique mark! Then there's Oregon, a state that beautifully blends rugged coastline with vibrant city life. The dramatic cliffs and charming towns along the Pacific Coast Highway are perfect for a scenic road trip. And Portland? It's a foodie paradise with quirky shops and a fantastic arts scene. Don't miss the Columbia River Gorge for stunning waterfalls! Arizona stole my heart with its majestic landscapes. The Grand Canyon is, of course, a wonder of the world, but don't overlook the spiritual vortexes of Sedona and its stunning red rock formations. It's perfect for hiking, photography, and just soaking in the desert beauty, especially during sunrise or sunset. For something completely different, Louisiana offers a rich cultural tapestry. New Orleans is a sensory explosion – the jazz, the food (oh, the beignets!), the historic architecture of the French Quarter... it's unlike anywhere else in the US. Exploring the bayous and learning about Cajun culture adds another fascinating layer to the trip. And who can forget Florida? Beyond the theme parks, which are always a blast, the state boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. From the soft sands of the Gulf Coast to the vibrant energy of South Beach in Miami, there’s a perfect spot for every kind of beach lover. The Everglades also offer a unique wildlife experience. Moving inland, Tennessee is a fantastic blend of music history and natural beauty. Nashville is a dream for country music fans, while Memphis offers the soulful sounds of blues and rock 'n' roll. But don't just stay in the cities; the Great Smoky Mountains National Park on the eastern side is incredibly picturesque for hiking and scenic drives. Lastly, I have to mention New York. While NYC is an iconic global city that truly never sleeps, don't miss venturing upstate. The Adirondacks offer incredible hiking and winter sports, and the Finger Lakes region is perfect for wine tasting and enjoying beautiful lake views. It’s a state that truly has it all, from bustling urban centers to serene natural escapes.
