My unique life experience

When I was a junior in high school, I was in a school activity called SkillsUSA. My friend and I were elected as state officers, and alongside two advisors we went to Washington DC for a leadership training. While we were there, we toured Washington DC, went to the changing of the card at the tomb of the unknown soldier, talked to the representative and senator of the state I live in and we did some other stuff.

I’ve been to the Lincoln Memorial before I’ve always wanted to go to the two movie, unknown soldier and watch the changing of the guard. Did you know that that position is a year long and they actually stay right there and never leave for an entire year. There are dorms right there nearby the tomb.I thought that was fascinating. Such dedication.
