Convert goals into everyday life.✨

Once we have the Holistic Goal, it's not just "aim."

It is a systematic transformation of the target into everyday life. ✨

We can do this.

1️⃣ Big Target Crack → Measured Sub Target

Holistic Goal is usually wide, e.g.

Healthy, stable finances, meaningful jobs, balanced relationships.

Ask each dimension, "What is the actual behavior?"

Dimension: Health

Target: Strong, energetic, not exhausted during the day.

Action: Sleep before 22: 30 at least 4 days / week

Dimension: Work

Target: Business grows. More customers online.

Hands-on: Post content to value 3 times / week

Dimension: Finance

Target: Agile. Keep 20% of revenue.

Hands On: Record Revenue-Daily Expenditure / Have Money In Transferred into the Storage Account First

Dimension: Mind

Goal: Balance

Hands On: Breathe Deep / Write Journal 5 Minutes a Day

🔑 Don't measure it with "inspiration," measure it with "behavior."

2️⃣ Focus "Keystone Habit"

One or two small habits that contribute dominoes to multiple dimensions.

Example:

• 🌱 Get up early + Drink water → Better health → Good mood → Slippery work

• 📝 Plan 10 Minutes a Day → Clear Work → Good Money → Calm Mind

👉 choose only two main habits first.

If you can, the whole system starts to move.

3️⃣ Set Rhythm to Life (No Pressure)

Instead of asking, "Am I good enough today?"

"Do I keep the rhythm today?"

A simple Rhythm sample.

• Morning → Body Care

• Daylight → Create Value (Work / Content / Service)

• Cool → Rejuvenating (Rest / Family / Mind)

Sustainable life = consistency, not extremes.

4️⃣ Holistic Bullseye Czech (once a week)

Every week, try asking yourself these 5 questions:

1. What signal does my body give today?

2. Is the work done consistent with my values?

3. What behavior does money flow in and out reflect?

4. Do I take care of myself enough?

5. If only adjusting, what is next week?

✍️ don't solve everything. Just 1% better.

5️⃣. Design the environment to get to the target.

Don't try to win yourself, but design not to force.

• Put running shoes in front of the door

• Prepare food / supplements

• Set a rest / sleep time warning

• With someone close to our target.

Good Environment = Automatic Discipline

6️⃣ "Feelings + Numbers" measure.

Holistic Goal requires two measures:

• 📊 Figures: Income, health, weight, number of jobs

• 💛 Feelings: Power, Happiness, Peace, Pride

If the number is good but the heart is broken = must adjust

If kind but the system is broken = must be structured more

🌱 The shortest summary.

Holistic Goal will be there.

When crotch = behavior

Behavior = rhythm

Rhythm = real life
