Chicken Tikka Wings

I’ve been making these Chicken Tikka Wings for years, and they never fail to be a crowd-pleaser! Bursting with fiery, flavorful spices and perfectly tender, they’re always a hit. I like to serve this with buttermilk ranch sauce. I hope you give them a try, and if you do, I’d love to hear how they turn out!

Chicken Tikka Wings

12-16 Chicken Wings Separated (or 6-8 whole wings)

1 tbsp Garlic, grated

1 tbsp Ginger, grated

1 tbsp Melted Ghee

½ tbsp Olive Oil

½ cup Yogurt

1 tbsp Lemon Juice (fresh squeezed)

1.5 tsp Green Chili Paste (optional for spicy)

1.5 tbsp Kashmiri Mirchi Powder

½ tsp Turmeric Powder

¼ tsp Garam Masala

1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder

⅛ tsp Black Salt (sanchar)

½ tsp Chaat Masala

1 tbsp Kasuri Methi

½ tsp Sea Salt

1 tbsp Shan Chicken Tikka Powder

1 tbsp Shan Chicken Tandoori Powder

-Cut & separate wing

- Pat wings dry with napkin

- Mix all ingredients except chicken wings in large bowl. Taste & add anything if needed

- Add chicken wings in the marinade, mix & cover. Put in fridge at least 1-2 hrs or overnight

- Spray oil on the air fryer mesh tray. Lay chicken evenly on tray. Leave ½ “ in between each wing to not overcrowd them. You will have extra marinade left, keep it for next step

- Air fry 380 degrees for 18 mins, flip & spread a spoon of left over marinade on each chicken wing. Air fry for 7 more mins

- Garnish with Cilantro, & squeeze lemon juice
