I need some encouragement 😔🤍
.. So I’m going through a break up and it hurts only because I was faithful through it all . I carried our baby for 9months and went through pp just for my postpartum journey to be one of the reasons you felt the need to confinde in someone else (feeling like I wasn’t there for you sexually and mentally). I own up to it I may have not been there for you sexually but that’s not all a relationship is . My whole pregnancy I worked up until the last day , I help you with everythingggggg. But I still wasn’t enough, honestly when he started talking to others females I would have rather he left me alone rather then a whole stranger come and drop the load on me . And your excuse of not telling me is because “I DIDNT WANT TO HURT YOU” now look at me HURTTTT (BTW now I’m fine) . Anyways long story short I’m only 20 , it’s not the end of the world . Yes I was hurt but I think it’s a sign for me to enjoy my life while I’m still young and focus on me and my baby girl 💕. He will never find someone like me , when it was no one for him to lean on it was me you ran to but things happen for a reason and it is what it is 🥺🤍.
Experiencing a breakup is never easy, especially when it comes with feelings of betrayal and confusion. It’s common for young parents to feel overwhelmed, as they juggle emotional pain with parenting responsibilities. Many individuals find themselves questioning their own worth during these challenging times. Remember, self-care is essential during such transitions. Emphasizing personal growth can help in healing. Focus on nurturing your mental health and creating a supportive environment for your child, which can include leaning on friends and family. Engaging with communities, both online and offline, that focus on parenting and personal well-being can foster connection and encouragement. Sharing experiences with others who have faced similar situations can be cathartic and can also provide insights on resilience. As you navigate through this phase, finding joy in small moments can significantly uplift your spirit. Reclaiming your identity outside of the relationship and dedicating time to pursue hobbies or interests is vital. It sets a positive example for your child about self-love and resilience. Remember, this journey is about growth and changing your narrative into one of empowerment and hope. Surrounding yourself with positivity and engaging in self-reflection can lead to powerful transformations in your life.

Mannn this breaks my heart 😔. He wasn’t good enough for you & he probably lost a good thing especially since (yeah I’m sure it broke you ) you’re bouncing back and focusing on you and that precious little girl. He’s gonna see you ain’t crying over him. He’s gonna regret it.
