Feeling Down

Honestly I just wanted to post this because I look sooooo much better than I did a week ago LMAOOO!

Ok so anyways I’ve been going through a pretty tough divorce but everything has begun looking up so far. Ever get to a point in your life where you don’t know WHAT it is that’s been effecting your mood even when you’re just minding your own business, no triggers, no nothing? Yeah, that was me. Howeverrrr, I’ve been working on the positive outweighing the negative and I’m so happy with the results. Prayer has also helped so there’s that😂

How’s you alls week been lately? Vent here, spill it, this is a safe space. Cuz I was almost losing my mind in the thoughts floating in it!😭😭😭😭

It’s important to recognize that fluctuating moods can be influenced by various factors including mental health, hormonal changes, or accumulated stress, even when no immediate triggers are present. Many people find comfort and gradual improvement by focusing on positive habits such as mindfulness, journaling, exercise, and connecting with supportive communities. Prayer or meditation can bring additional peace and mental clarity, helping to reframe negative thoughts and foster hope. Creating a safe space to vent and share struggles can also be a powerful tool. When you open up, others may relate to your feelings, reminding you that you’re not alone in this journey. Vulnerability can be empowering, encouraging emotional healing and stronger resilience. If you find yourself overwhelmed by racing thoughts or persistent sadness, consider reaching out to mental health professionals who can provide guidance tailored to your situation. Taking care of your mental well-being is as vital as caring for your physical health. Remember, progress takes time, and it’s okay to have bad days while working toward brighter ones. Embracing vulnerability and practicing self-compassion are key steps to uplifting your spirit during tough times.
