🧂 Thai stir fried sauce ingredients:
Coconut sugar 200g
Wet Tamarind Water 140g
Ketchup 75g
Fish sauce 35g
100ml of water
Scented jiao 80-100g
50g (optional)
Dry shrimp 10g (optional)
🍽️ Ratio of raw materials for 2-3 at:
- Thai stir-fried line / big line / vermicelli 200g
- 1 loaf of tofu
- Two eggs.
- shrimp 200g
- 1-2 onions
- Sprouts, as you like.
- Ground roasted sip beans, cayenne pepper, lemon, as you like.
