I hate when you leave
I hate when you leave me …
I know you need to, but when you leave parts of me fall apart.
Sometimes I grab your pillow and sniff it, just to smell you, and oddly it feels like you’re still with me.
What would I do without you?
Your touch? Your love? You hands? Your smile?
Without you… I really am nothing.
My therapist asked me what’s some reasons I feel like living, only answer I could think of is you.
You are the reason I live, you are the reason I breathe.
Don’t you know that?
Now many may think that sounds so weak and where is her power ? Where is my strength?
Thing is I’ve been fighting and running.
Hustling and surviving all my life,
now I can finally breathe and feel safe.
I can finally stop running…
You taught me something special.
That as bad as this world can be, I can feel a sense of happiness.
I can finally look in the mirror and recognize the someone I have always fought to be
but feel more confident about.
All because you love me, me..
you love me…
And in turn I love you to my core. #lemon8challenge

Coping with loss can often bring up deep emotional struggles that many face. When someone we love departs, it leads to feelings of emptiness and longing. It’s important to process these emotions to foster healing. Feeling vulnerable in love is not a sign of weakness but rather a recognition of the heart's depth and strength. Love transforms us, giving us a sense of purpose and stability. This reflection illustrates that true strength can come from acknowledging our vulnerabilities and learning to navigate through grief. In times of solitude, we often find solace in remembering our loved ones and cherishing the moments shared. Turning to professional help or supportive relationships can also play a crucial role in finding peace amidst emotional turmoil. Ultimately, love enriches our lives, providing us with hope even when faced with heartache. Remember that it’s okay to feel lost when someone leaves; it’s part of the healing journey.
