Let’s Talk? Why does lemon8 keep removing my vlog
Can someone please explain to me if they have experienced lemon8 removing their content when no violations have been made? I literally keep trying to post a vlog and they say it’s a violation but I’m not promoting anything negative nor is it graphic I’m confused and it won’t explain why it’s removed. #creatorstruggles
Hey everyone! Let's chat about something super important for your Lemon8 presence: your Profile Picture, or PFP! I've been on Lemon8 for a while, and one thing I've learned is that your PFP is often the very first thing people see. It’s like your digital handshake, and it can make a huge difference in whether someone decides to click on your profile and explore your content. You know, I remember trying to pick my own PFP, and it felt like such a big decision! Should it be a professional headshot, a fun candid moment, or something artsy? My advice? Go for something that genuinely represents YOU and your vibe. For instance, if you're like me, someone who enjoys a casual, authentic feel, a well-lit, natural shot can be perfect. Think about that gorgeous golden hour 'sunlight' – it can make your face, or a 'woman with long dark hair' like mine, absolutely glow in a photo! I've even snagged some great shots right in my 'car' with the sun streaming in, giving that perfect, effortless look. When you’re choosing, think about clarity. Is your face clearly visible? Even if you're rocking a stylish 'black t-shirt' or a unique outfit, make sure your expression and personality come through. Blurred or heavily filtered photos can sometimes hide your true self, and on 'Lemon8', authenticity really resonates. People want to connect with a real person, not just a perfectly curated image that doesn't reflect your everyday amazingness. Another thing to consider is consistency. While you don't need to change your PFP every week, make sure it aligns with the overall aesthetic and niche of your Lemon8 profile. If you're a fashion blogger, maybe a stylish full-body shot. If you're a cozy home creator, maybe a warm, inviting close-up. It's all about storytelling, even in that tiny circle! Let's talk about the technical side for a sec too. Most platforms, including Lemon8, prefer a square image for your PFP. Make sure your chosen photo is high-resolution enough that it doesn't look pixelated when scaled down. You don't want to lose that crisp detail, especially if you've got a fantastic smile or a cool background! I always double-check how it looks in the small thumbnail on the feed as well as on my profile page. Ultimately, your Lemon8 PFP is a reflection of your evolving journey as a creator. Don't be afraid to update it if your style changes or you simply find a better shot that captures your current essence. It's an opportunity to refresh your presence and make a renewed first impression. So, go ahead, find that perfect photo that makes you feel confident and excited to share your world with the Lemon8 community!

They removed one for me because I was driving.
