I also incorporated a gentle exfoliating product twice a week to remove dead skin cells. This process helped improve skin texture and allowed my moisturizers to absorb more effectively. Additionally, I discovered that lifestyle habits like getting enough sleep, managing stress, and eating antioxidant-rich foods also complement skincare efforts to achieve dewy skin. Avoiding heavy makeup and opting for light, luminous formulas helped my skin breathe and look naturally glowy.
