La flojera: “no lo hagas” 😈
Yo: saca pasos prohibidos pa’ espantarla 💃😂
porque aquí se entrena aunque no quiera 😤🏋🏻♀️
Laziness can often feel like an overwhelming obstacle, especially when preparing for a workout. From my own experience, the key to overcoming that feeling is to create small, manageable routines that make starting easier. For me, this starts with 'ahuyentando a los demonios de la flojera'—or chasing away the demons of laziness—before every workout, which really sets the tone. One practical tip is to combine movement with music or dance. When you feel reluctant, putting on an energizing playlist and doing some fun, uninhibited dance moves helps me shift my mood and prepares my body to start exercising. Even when motivation is low, moving my body in playful ways sometimes sparks the drive to continue with the workout. Another helpful strategy is to focus on micro goals instead of the entire workout session. Telling yourself to just get through the warm-up or one exercise reduces pressure and helps you stay consistent. This mindset aligns well with the #SinExcusas (No Excuses) approach—reminding us that showing up, even with minimal energy, is already a win.
