Don’t say I didn’t warn you! Even my easy days’ll prob kick both our asses 😆
From my personal experience working as a personal trainer, I can tell you that the real growth happens when you push beyond your comfort zone. When I say even my easy days can kick your ass, I mean it — those workouts are designed to keep you constantly challenged without burning you out. It’s a balance between intensity and recovery. Many clients underestimate how much effort goes into professional training routines. I consistently push myself 10 times harder than I ask my clients to, to lead by example and maintain top fitness. This dedication helps me stay sharp and inspires those I train to raise their game. Adopting this mentality changed my approach to fitness. I stop seeing workouts as chores and start treating them as opportunities to build resilience. The humor I inject into sessions lightens the mood but doesn’t diminish the hard work. If you’re thinking of training with a pro or boosting your own routine, be prepared to work hard, but also enjoy the process. Training with intensity is not about punishment—it’s about respect for your body and its potential. So, don’t ask to train with me unless you’re ready to give your all and have some fun along the way!
