Woke up today with a calm heart, a warm cup of tea, and a soul ready to worship. Sundays are my soft reset — not just physically, but spiritually. As a chaplain-in-training, I’ve learned that the first light of Sunday is sacred.

☁️ I prayed. I journaled. I thanked God for another week of breath and purpose.

☕️ Slow mornings with Jesus hit different.

✨ And yes, skin is glowing — but the real glow is from peace within.
