🌌 Sunday Night Blessings | #HolyGlowDown

“I will both lie down in peace, and sleep; for You alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety.” — Psalm 4:8

Sundays end the way they began — in stillness, gratitude, and surrender. As I prepare for a new week, I remind myself: It’s not all on me. God goes before me.

As a chaplain-in-training, I’m learning that nighttime is ministry too. When I care for my body, calm my mind, and rest my soul — that’s holy work.

💤 My Nightly Reset:

– Skincare & prayer

– Herbal tea & Scripture

– Surrender & soft worship

God is in this moment.

Let Him hold what you’re too tired to carry.
