☀️ Midday Grace | #FaithOverFatigue

“He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.” — Psalm 23:3

Midday check-in: How’s your soul doing, really?

As a chaplain-in-training, I’ve realized that holy work needs holy rest.

Midday is my sacred pause — a moment to breathe, realign with God, and remember:

✨ You don’t have to finish today in your own strength.

✨ You are allowed to rest.

✨ God’s grace flows even when you slow down.

🌿 Midday Reset Practice:

– Deep breaths in silence

– A prayer: “Jesus, meet me here.”

– Re-read Psalm 23

– Let go of what’s not yours to carry

🎧 Midday Worship Song: “Come Jesus Come” by Stephen McWhirter — perfect for grounding and surrendering.
