Midweek Grace 🕊️ | A Moment to Breathe

It’s easy to get caught in the middle—between what we’ve prayed for and what we’re still waiting on. But right here, in the middle, is where faith is formed. 💧

Today I’m learning to sit with the stillness. To listen for God’s quiet voice. To trust that even in the in-between, He’s working. Maybe the work He’s doing is in me.

📓 My prayer today:

Lord, help me to see the sacred in the simple. Remind me that presence is enough.

Whether you’re studying, caregiving, or simply trying to keep going—know this: You are not alone. You are becoming. 🤍

🎵 Song of the Morning:

“New Wine” – Hillsong Worship

“In the crushing, in the pressing / You are making new wine…”

However, it is often in these quiet times that we can cultivate a deeper relationship with ourselves and our faith. Many individuals find that incorporating prayer into their daily routines allows them to pause and reflect. When we take time to breathe and listen, we may discover a sense of peace that transcends our current circumstances. Incorporating practices like mindfulness and gratitude can enhance our spiritual journeys significantly. For those navigating caregiving or academic pressures, remember that taking these pauses does not invalidate your responsibilities. Instead, these moments can equip you to serve others better. As you build a habit of setting aside time for solitude, consider creating a dedicated space that inspires tranquility, such as a quiet corner at home with soft lighting and comforting elements. Additionally, engaging with uplifting music can reinforce these moments of solitude. The song “New Wine” by Hillsong Worship exemplifies this beautifully, calling listeners to embrace the transformative processes life brings, even during the crushing and pressing times. Ultimately, everyone is on a journey of becoming; allow yourself the grace to pause, reflect, and listen for the whispers of guidance in your life.
