📖 TESTIMONY TUESDAY 📖

I declared it. And now I am watching God do it.

That is not wishful thinking. That is not positive vibes. That is faith with a track record.

There was a moment not long ago when I made a decision to stop asking God if He could and start declaring what His word already said He would. I stopped speaking from my fear and started speaking from His promises.

And something shifted.

Not everything changed overnight. Not every answer came immediately. But the moment I aligned my mouth with God’s word something moved in the atmosphere around my life.

That is what declaration does.

It does not just change what you say. It changes what you see. It changes how you walk into a room. It changes how you face a Monday morning. It changes how you respond to a report that could have defeated you.

Because when you declare God’s word over your life you are not just speaking into the air. You are agreeing with heaven. And heaven always has the final word.

“Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.” Proverbs 18:21 (NKJV)

I chose life. I declared life. And life is exactly what God is giving me.

🙏 Declare it with me today. I declared it and I am watching God do it. In my body. In my mind. In my life.

📖 For More encouragement:

“So is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.” Isaiah 55:11 (NIV)

“For truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, move from here to there, and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” Matthew 17:20 (NIV)

“I will praise you, Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all the wonderful things you have done.” Psalm 9:1 (NLT)

... Read moreIn my own journey, I found that declaring God’s promises aloud truly shifts my mindset and life circumstances. At times when fear and doubt crept in, speaking declarations based on scripture helped refocus my energy away from negativity and toward hope. For instance, repeating Proverbs 18:21 reminds me daily that my words hold life-giving power. One practical step I took was to create a daily ritual of declaring specific verses that align with what I am seeking—whether healing, peace, or breakthrough. I also journal these declarations and reflect on changes I notice, reinforcing the connection between spoken faith and lived reality. This practice cultivates persistence, even when results aren’t immediate, echoing the author's experience that not everything changes overnight. Additionally, I noticed that this declaration practice influences how I engage with challenges each day—turning dread into expectancy, fear into courage. The wisdom in Matthew 17:20 reminds me that even small faith, consistently declared, can move mountains. This perspective empowers me to face difficulties with confidence rather than defeat. Through this personal experience, I encourage anyone exploring faith to embrace declaration—not as mere positive thinking, but as a spiritual alignment with God’s promises. It’s a commitment to partner with heaven’s final word, ensuring words are not wasted but become fruitful. Over time, you begin to see tangible manifestations in your health, relationships, and peace of mind, affirming the transformative power of living by faith with a track record.
