I Keep Overworking Even When I’m Exhausted” 💔

We don’t talk about this enough: so many of us overwork ourselves — not because we love hustle culture, but because somewhere along the way, productivity became proof of our worth. 💔 Maybe you learned that success earned you love. Maybe achieving was the only time you felt “enough.” But the truth is… you’re worthy even when you rest.

This message is for anyone who’s burned out, exhausted, or constantly chasing validation through work. Healing starts when you realize you don’t have to earn rest, love, or value. You are enough — even when you do nothing at all. 🫶

Save this post for when you need the reminder and share it with someone who’s always “doing the most” but deserves peace too. 💛#healingjourney #mentalhealthmatters #selfworthreminder #overcomingburnout #therapytiktok

OK, here’s a good one when you gotta go to the therapist because you don’t what the fuck is going wrong in your life and you like this motherfucking therapist does you not like it? Therapist has problems wrong OK and they became a therapist because they wanted to basically drop all their problems on you to make you say something about your problems to see if what was going on with you was actually what was wrong with them about that. It’s a money game and that’s my two cents take it.
