Oatmeal Raisin Cookies!
My favorite late night snack that i haven't had for a while, they are delicious, fluffy and tastes just like I remember them tasting in my childhood.
Very easy to make, and makes at least 24 in one sitting.
I would i say add an extra cup of flour it will get a bit wet, DO NOT add more oats, it will be overpowering, as well as add at least 2 1/2 cups of raisins don't skeet yourself ๐

Oatmeal raisin cookies are not just a tasty treat but also a classic favorite that many people cherish. This delightful cookie combines the wholesome flavors of oats and sweet raisins, making it a guilt-free indulgence. To elevate the recipe, consider experimenting with variations such as adding chopped nuts for a crunchy texture, or incorporating a splash of vanilla extract to enhance the flavor. For those who might be health-conscious, you can substitute some of the sugar with natural sweeteners like honey or maple syrup. The key to achieving the perfect cookie lies in the dough consistency; adding just the right amount of flour is crucial to avoid overly wet dough. Once baked, allow the cookies to cool slightly on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack. This will ensure they set properly and maintain their fluffy texture. Enjoy these cookies warm or store them in an airtight container to relish later! Whether as a midnight snack or as a gift for friends, oatmeal raisin cookies are sure to bring joy and satisfaction with every bite.
