POV: you’re tired of living in fear

Lately, I’ve been learning this the hard way…

You can’t control everything.

You can’t fix everything.

And trying to… will only leave you overwhelmed.

But you can control your faith.

You can control your effort.

And the rest?

You give it to God 🤍

That’s what this journal is about for me —

slowing down, resetting, and choosing faith daily (even when it’s hard).

If you’ve been feeling anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed…

this might be exactly what you need too ✨

Saving this as a reminder for myself… and maybe for you too.

What helped me tremendously was starting a daily practice of journaling that focused specifically on faith over fear. It’s not just about writing down thoughts, but intentionally shifting perspective to recognize God's presence even in uncertainty. One tool I found invaluable is the "Faith Over Fear" journal, which encourages prayers, gratitude, and reflection over a 90-day journey. This journal helped me slow down, reset my mind, and cultivate peace when anxiety crept in. By dedicating a few minutes daily to this practice, I noticed a meaningful decrease in overwhelming feelings and an increase in spiritual growth and strength. The process reminded me that while I cannot control every situation, I can control my response through faith and effort. Giving the rest to God brought a profound sense of relief and renewed hope. I also found that tagging this journey with community hashtags related to #journaling, #christianinfluencers, and #selfgrowth created a supportive environment to share experiences and encouragement. If you’re feeling stuck or anxious, consider starting such a journaling habit yourself. It’s a gentle way to practice daily resets and cultivate trust, even when life’s uncertainties seem daunting. Remember, overcoming fear isn’t about erasing it but choosing to walk step-by-step with faith guiding the way.
