💌 Body First Healing

👍Why I like it:

I absolutely love and recommend Body First Healing—it’s like The Body Keeps the Score, but even more focused on understanding and healing your nervous system. It beautifully bridges the gap between chronic illness, trauma, CPTSD, anxiety, and mental health, offering life-changing insights on every single page. I’ve highlighted something on nearly every page—it’s that powerful. It feels like a warm, gentle hug full of wisdom that reaches deep within and truly has the power to transform your life.

💌 Wild Love

👍Why I like it:

I’m only 100 pages into Wild Love and already obsessed! It’s super cute so far and packed with tropes I’m a total sucker for—grumpy x sunshine, forced proximity, and slow burn romance. I can’t wait to see how it all unfolds!
