10K run > Lagree x2
For this birthday weekend, I started my day with a scenic morning 10K run around the iconic Sentosa area, passing landmarks like Fort Siloso and enjoying the fresh air. Tracking my pace on Strava helped me maintain a steady rhythm of approximately 7:12 per kilometer, completing the run in just over an hour. Following the run, I took on two sessions of Lagree Fitness, a challenging method that blends Pilates, strength training, and cardio, on a Megaformer machine. The combination significantly boosted my endurance and muscle tone, offering a full-body workout that complemented the running very well. Incorporating both cardio and resistance training in a single weekend not only helped me celebrate my birthday actively but also improved my overall stamina and strength. I highly recommend trying out this mix if you want a rewarding workout weekend that’s far from ordinary!
