During this journey, I realized that consistency is key—even with a busy schedule, posting every day helped me connect with my audience. One thing that stood out was the variety in my video themes—from lighthearted, relatable dog meme clips to more engaging mini vlogs like visiting MBS Wakanda or attempting a diet challenge. While some videos didn’t get as many views as I hoped, the experience taught me a lot about my audience’s preferences. Also, using trending sounds and templates proved to be a time-saver and kept my content fresh without requiring much editing. It felt great having my boyfriend unexpectedly join in on the egg challenge, making the video more authentic and fun. For those thinking of growing on TikTok, I’d recommend mixing different styles to see what resonates, keeping editing simple when you’re pressed for time, and not stressing too much over a few less popular videos. It’s all about enjoying the process! Lastly, I’ve become more aware of how engaging voiceovers and storytelling can add depth to short clips, especially when doing mini series or themed posts like weekly munchies or gym visits after breaks. If you’re starting out, don’t be afraid to share your real moments—they connect best with viewers and help build a loyal community.
