Chef Andrae studied hospitality and holds a bachelor’s degree over the years I have worked several positions such as a restaurant manager, dining room manager, operation manager training coordinator having students all over the world currently i specializes in events and recruits train , place coordinate food and beverage service staff for events such as weddings parties ..of course cooking bartending, painting /decorating and customer service are some of the things I enjoy doing #gettoknowme
